How OddOne collects, uses, and protects your information.

OddOne ("we", "us") is operated by UNITED Software Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the OddOne mobile app and related services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address, display name, password (stored as a secure hash), and avatar selection when you register or sign in.
- Social sign-in — if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and email information provided by those services.
- Device information — a hashed device identifier used for trusted-device verification and account security.
- Gameplay data — lobby participation, answers, votes, scores, leaderboard points, energy balance, and premium status.
- Guest play — if you join as a guest, we store the guest name and avatar you choose for the duration of the lobby session.
- Purchase information — subscription and in-app purchase status verified through Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not receive your full payment card details).
How we use information
- Provide and operate the game, including matchmaking, scoring, and leaderboards.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts (email and device verification codes).
- Process subscriptions and purchases.
- Respond to support requests and improve the app.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run OddOne, including:
- Apple / Google — sign-in and in-app purchases.
- Email delivery — to send verification and security codes.
- Hosting infrastructure — to operate our API and databases.
These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.
Data retention & deletion
Lobby and game session data is kept only as long as needed to run games and leaderboards. You can permanently delete your registered account and associated personal data from the Account screen in the app. Guest data is not linked to a persistent account.
Children
OddOne is intended for a general audience. Some question packs are marked 18+ and require host confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
